Price information and offers

Starter pack SEK 6 800

The starter pack includes:

• 1 Leadtrack license (ability to scan visitors’ badges and collect their information)
• Company Profile Online (possibility to profile your company online)
• Environmental fee
• Exhibitor card
• 1 electrical outlet (230V)
• Stand cleaning before the first day
• Group insurance for exhibitors
• Freight and empty packaging handling *
• Unloading and loading of goods
• Partition wall included for LLB members but must be ordered via Event Service: eventservice@stockholmsmassan.se or +46 8-749 44 44

*Quantities of goods exceeding 1000 kg or 4 cubic meters must be pre-booked at least four working days before the arrival of the goods. (Unscheduled unloading/loading will be charged. Special agreements may apply for heavy lifting)

Stand prices for LLB-Expo 2026:

Early bird price per sqare meter for LLB members*. Valid until December 1 2025: 1 175 SEK
Early bird price per sqare meter for non LLB members*. Valid until December 1 2025: 1 545 SEK

Ordinary price per square meter for LLB members: 1 385 SEK
Ordinary price per square meter for non LLB members: 1 755 SEK

*To benefit from the discount, the company must be a member of the LLB at the time of the fair.

Co-exhibitor fee SEK 3 500

If you want to exhibit together with another company on a stand, you pay a co-exhibitor fee. For SEK 3,500 (excluding VAT), you as a co-exhibitor receive the same service and are marketed in the same way as the main exhibitor.
