We want Stockholmsm\u00e4ssan to be accessible to everyone. Therefore, we have basic accessibility to all restaurants, conference rooms, and exhibition halls. Limited accessibility may occur at certain fairs, such as those with built-in level differences or high visitor traffic. This means that at some fairs, we offer free admission to visitors who are wheelchair users. If you are a caregiver and are here in your professional capacity, you also have free admission together with your client Feel free to contact us before your visit if you have any questions.<\/p>\n

Elevator<\/strong>
There is an elevator to the second floor in the A-gallery. There is an elevator down to the B-hall in the B-gallery. There is also an elevator at the main entrance down to the parking garage. If you need assistance, please contact the Information desk at the main entrance.<\/p>\n

Dogs<\/strong>
Certified assistance dogs, such as service, guide, and medically alert dogs, are allowed to enter the fair. Exhibiting dogs are, of course, allowed to enter dog shows.<\/p>\n

Hearing aids<\/strong>
Stockholmsm\u00e4ssan has hearing aid systems for those with hearing aids. The hearing loop has its own radio receiver, which means you will hear the performance\/lecture very clearly without disturbing background noise. These hearing aids are available in the following halls: Victoria Hall. K1, K2, K11, K21, T1, T2. You can pick them up at the Information desk upon presentation of identification.<\/p>\n

Certified assistance dog<\/strong>
Certified guide dogs are welcome at Stockholmsm\u00e4ssan.<\/p>\n

Parking spaces<\/strong>
We have about 25 parking spaces reserved for disabled parking permit holders. You can find these places in the garage at P1, outside the Scandic Talk hotel and at the eastern entrance. The parking permit also applies to other parking spaces. <\/p>\n

Wheelchairs<\/strong>
A limited number of wheelchairs are available for loan at the Information desk at the main entrance upon presentation of identification. The wheelchairs cannot be booked in advance.<\/p>\n

Restaurants<\/strong>
The fixed restaurants at Stockholmsm\u00e4ssan are wheelchair accessible. See all our restaurants here<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Toilets<\/strong>
Toilets for people with disabilities are available at the entrances, in the exhibition halls, and the galleries.<\/p>\n
