To participate as a main exhibitor, there is a mandatory starter kit per stand.

The starter kit includes:
- 1 LeadMate license (ability to scan visitors’ badges and collect their information)
- Company Profile Online (possibility to profile your company online)
- Environmental fee
- Exhibitor card
- 1 electrical outlet (230V)
- Stand cleaning before the first day
- Group insurance for exhibitors
- Freight and empty packaging handling – see conditions here
- Unloading and loading of goods

Added value and discounts
- Early bird rate per square meter for LLB members*. Valid until 28 February 2026: SEK 1,175
- Book early price per square meter for non-members. Valid until February 28, 2026: 1 595 SEK
*To benefit from the member price, the company must be a member of the LLB at the time of the fair.

Co-exhibitor fee SEK 3 500
If you want to exhibit together with another company (a main exhibitor), you pay a co-exhibitor fee. As a co-exhibitor, you will receive the same service and be promoted in the same way as the main exhibitor.

Freight and empty packaging handling (Starter kit)
Quantities of goods exceeding 1000 kg or 4 cubic meters must be pre-booked at least four working days before the arrival of the goods. (Unscheduled unloading/loading will be charged. Special agreements may apply for heavy lifting)
